Delivery Area

Delivery is available within Germany as well as to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

  • DHL parcel up to 2 kg: €6.19
  • DHL parcel up to 5 kg: €7.69
  • DHL parcel up to 10 kg: €10.49
  • DHL parcel up to 20 kg: €18.99
  • DHL parcel up to 31.5 kg: €23.99

    International deliveries:

    • DHL parcel up to 2 kg: €14.49
    • DHL parcel up to 5 kg: €16.49
    • DHL parcel up to 10 kg: €21.49
    • DHL parcel up to 20 kg: €27.30
    • DHL parcel up to 31.5 kg: €45.49

      Delivery Times

      Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods will be as follows:

      • Within Germany: 3–5 business days after conclusion of the contract (or after receipt of payment if prepayment is agreed)
      • To other countries: 5–7 business days after conclusion of the contract (or after receipt of payment if prepayment is agreed)

      Please note:

      • No delivery is made on Sundays or public holidays
      • If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one parcel (unless otherwise agreed). In this case, delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time

      Accepted Payment Methods

      • Bank Transfer / Prepayment
      • đź’ł Card2Crypto (+3% Fee) – Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPAFast, secure payments without registration. The +3% covers transaction costs from our payment provider.
