Is Kratom legal in Germany?

Is Kratom legal in other countries?
The legality of Kratom varies significantly by country. In some countries it is completely banned, in others it is permitted under certain conditions. It is your responsibility to check the applicable laws in your country before placing an order. The recipient bears full responsibility for compliance with local regulations.
Can I use the Kratom syrup as food or medicine?
No. Our products are sold exclusively as collector's items and research substances – not as food, dietary supplements, or medicinal products. Any other use is at your own risk and contrary to our terms of sale.

How is the quality of your products ensured?
Our products are manufactured under strict quality controls in Germany – from sourcing the raw materials through to processing and filling. Every step meets the highest internal standards to ensure consistent purity and quality.
Where does the Kratom in your products come from?
Our Kratom is sourced from experienced farmers in Southeast Asia who specialise in the sustainable cultivation and harvesting of Mitragyna speciosa. We work only with suppliers who meet our quality standards.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Within Germany, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. For EU international orders, delivery takes 5–7 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to all EU member states. Please note that the recipient is responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations for Kratom products. A full list of delivery countries can be found on our shipping page.
Are packages shipped discreetly?
Yes. All shipments are packaged discreetly and neutrally – with no indication of the contents on the outside. Your privacy is important to us.
What should I do if my package has not arrived or is damaged?
Please contact our customer service at support@kratoein.com immediately. We will investigate the issue and find a solution as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or return my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

Where can I find my payment link?
After completing your order, you will be taken to the thank you page / order confirmation where your payment button (Card2Crypto or crypto) is displayed. If you have closed the page, the payment link is also available at any time in your customer account under "My Orders" and in your order confirmation email. No cancellation is required.
Can I pay anonymously?
Yes. Both Card2Crypto and our BTCPay crypto payment require no account registration or identity verification (KYC). For maximum anonymity, we recommend paying with Monero (XMR) via our BTCPay Server – Monero is a privacy-focused cryptocurrency with no publicly visible transaction details.
What appears on my bank statement?
For Card2Crypto payments, the charge appears under the name of the Card2Crypto processing system – not under "Kratoein". This ensures discreet billing.
