At Kratoein, we do not use traditional bank payment systems. Classic payment providers like PayPal or credit card processors regularly suspend accounts in our market segment - without warning, without justification.
Our solution: Card2Crypto - a blockchain-based payment platform that combines familiar payment methods with modern infrastructure. For you, the ordering process stays exactly the same.

How the Payment Process Works

| 4 | You will be redirected to the secure Card2Crypto payment page |
| 5 | Choose your payment method: credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA |
| 6 | Complete payment - we receive confirmation in real time and start processing your order immediately |
Note: The payment link is also available at any time in your order confirmation email and in your customer account under "My Orders" - in case you closed the page.
Note on Fees
Payments via Card2Crypto include a 3% surcharge on the order total. This fee covers the provider's transaction costs and goes entirely to Card2Crypto - not to Kratoein.
Example: Order value EUR 50.00 - Fee EUR 1.50 - Total: EUR 51.50

Is the payment secure?
Yes. Your card details are not stored with us. All processing is handled entirely through the Card2Crypto infrastructure.
Why no PayPal?
Traditional payment providers regularly exclude merchants in our market segment. Card2Crypto operates independently of these restrictions.
What appears on my bank statement?
The charge appears under the name of the Card2Crypto processing system - ensuring discreet payments.
I closed the thank you page - what now?
No problem. Log into your customer account, open your order and click the payment button there. The link is also included in your order confirmation email.
Card2Crypto is not working for me - is there an alternative?
Yes - you can also pay by bank transfer / prepayment. The IBAN and payment reference are available in your customer account and order confirmation. No cancellation needed - we match the payment automatically.
