Warum deine Bank bei Kratoein als Empfänger warnt - Kratoein

Why your bank warns you about Kratoein as a recipient

Since 9 October 2025, many banks have introduced an additional security check for transfers:
the recipient name and IBAN are automatically matched.

This is meant to protect you from fraud and typing errors – but it can lead to warning messages when you make a transfer to Kratoein.

Why does a warning appear for “Kratoein”?

Our business account is officially registered in the name of the managing director.
If you enter “Kratoein” as the recipient in your banking app, the bank’s system sees:

  • Entered recipient: Kratoein
  • Account holder according to the bank: Name of the managing director

This doesn’t match 1:1 – which is why your bank often shows a message like:

“Name and IBAN do not match. Please check.”

This does not mean that anything is wrong with our IBAN or your payment, it only means that the account name (person) and the shop name (Kratoein) are different.

Will my money still arrive at kratoein?

Yes.
As long as the IBAN and the amount are correct, you can consciously ignore the bank’s warning and still complete the transfer.

The money will then be credited as normal to our business account, which is linked to our shop Kratoein.

The best way to proceed

  • Compare the IBAN – does it match our details?
  • Check amount & reference – does everything match your order?
  • Check the source – did the payment details come directly from our shop / our order confirmation?
  • Confirm despite the notice – if everything fits, you can approve the payment.

Your right to ask questions

If anything seems strange to you (different IBAN, odd email, suspicious invoice),
please get in touch with us briefly before you make the transfer. We are happy to check it for you.

Conclusion

The warning from your bank only appears because our account is registered in the name of the managing director, while you enter “Kratoein” as the recipient.
If you use the correct IBAN from our shop, you can safely complete the transfer despite the warning – the money will definitely arrive in our account.
