Delivery Area
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery will be made as follows:
- Within Germany: 3–5 business days after conclusion of contract
- To other countries: 5–7 business days after conclusion of contract
In the case of prepayment, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. For orders with different delivery times, all items will be shipped together in one consignment – delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time, unless otherwise agreed.

| 💳 Card2Crypto (+3% fee) | Credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA transfer. The 3% surcharge covers the payment provider's transaction costs and is not retained by Kratoein. No identity verification (KYC) required. The payment link is provided after checkout on the confirmation page, in the customer account, and in the order confirmation email. |
| ₿ Cryptocurrency via BTCPay | Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR) and further cryptocurrencies subject to current BTCPay configuration. No additional fees charged by Kratoein; only standard network transaction fees (miner fees) apply. The payment link is provided after checkout on the confirmation page, in the customer account, and in the order confirmation email. No KYC required. |
Note: The payment link for Card2Crypto and BTCPay is accessible at any time in the customer account under "My Orders" and in the order confirmation email. Cancellation of the order is not required to switch payment methods.
