Crypto-Payment with BTCPay
Kratoein runs its own BTCPay Server - fully self-hosted, without third-party providers, with no fees on our end. Paying with crypto means paying discreetly, directly, and without surcharges.

No fees on our end. Only the standard network fees (miner fees) apply, which are calculated by your wallet.
How the Payment Process Works

| 1 | Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout as normal |
| 2 | Complete your order - you will land on the thank you page / order confirmation |
| 3 | There you will find the "Pay with crypto" button - click it |
| 4 | You will be redirected to our BTCPay Server - select your cryptocurrency |
| 5 | Scan the QR code or copy the wallet address and send the exact amount shown |
| 6 | After network confirmation we receive the notification automatically - your order is processed immediately |

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need my own wallet?
Yes. You need a crypto wallet to send coins. Recommended for beginners: Trust Wallet (iOS/Android, free) for Bitcoin and Monero. For buying crypto, EU-friendly exchanges such as Bitpanda or Kraken work well.
How long does confirmation take?
Bitcoin: typically 10-30 minutes after sending the transaction (1 confirmation). Monero: a few minutes. We start processing as soon as confirmation is received.
What happens if I send too little or too much?
Please always send exactly the displayed amount. If there are discrepancies, contact us at support@kratoein.com - we will resolve it manually.
I closed the thank you page - what now?
The payment link is also available in your order confirmation email and in your customer account under "My Orders".
Can I use both crypto and Card2Crypto?
Yes - both options are available on the thank you page and in your customer account. Choose whichever you prefer. Crypto: no fees. Card2Crypto: classic payment methods with a +3% fee.
