Pay with Crypto – Bitcoin, Monero & more via BTCPay
We are excited to introduce a new payment option at Kratoein: you can now pay directly with cryptocurrencies – via our own self-hosted BTCPay Server.
What is BTCPay and why are we using it?
BTCPay Server is an open-source payment solution that we run entirely on our own server. This means: no third-party provider is involved, no fees on our end, and no data sharing. Every transaction runs directly between you and us – without intermediaries.
We chose BTCPay because it aligns with our values: transparency, privacy, and independence from traditional banking structures.

How the payment works
| Step | What happens |

| 1 | Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout as normal |
| 2 | Complete your order – you will land on the thank you page / order confirmation |
| 3 | Click the "Pay with crypto" button |
| 4 | You will be redirected to our BTCPay Server – select your cryptocurrency |
| 5 | Scan the QR code or copy the wallet address and send the exact amount shown |
| 6 | After network confirmation we receive the notification automatically – your order is processed immediately |
Note: The payment link is also available at any time in your order confirmation email and in your customer account under "My Orders" – in case you closed the page.

To pay with crypto, you will need your own wallet. Recommended for beginners:
- Trust Wallet (iOS / Android, free) – supports Bitcoin, Monero and many more
- Bitpanda or Kraken – EU-friendly exchanges for buying cryptocurrencies
If you already have a wallet, you can get started right away.
Card2Crypto remains – your choice
Our existing payment method Card2Crypto (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA) is of course still available. After checkout, you simply choose which option to use – both buttons appear on the thank you page and in your customer account.
In short: Crypto = no fees, maximum privacy. Card2Crypto = classic payment methods, +3% fee.
